Refund Policy

At Techroit Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:

Eligibility

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the project is canceled by Techroit Solutions due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If the client is not satisfied with the initial deliverables and chooses to terminate the project within the first 30 days of the agreement.

Refund Process

To request a refund, the client must submit a written request to our support team at contact@techroit.in within 30 days of the initial project commencement date. The request should include the reasons for dissatisfaction and any supporting evidence.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed up to the termination date. Any advance payments made for uncompleted milestones will be refunded, less any expenses incurred.

Exceptions

No refunds will be provided for completed projects or ongoing services that extend beyond the initial 30-day period.
